All our products are made with utmost care and love to make you look perfect.
We have mentioned in our website all the necessary details of all the garments under description and care/cleaning instructions.
Since our garments are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds on any good once sold.
However if there is genuine quality defect on any product, it will be exchanged for a store credit.
Our Exchange/Return is subjected to the following
- Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this trip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
- Goods faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- Where possible, we will refer to repair faulty items.
- All custom made orders and non-returnable / exchangeable.
All you need to do is inform us of the defect /damage within 7 working days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details

- Full name
- Contact number
- Attached images of the defect/damage on the product
